Can I make a change to an existing order?

No, once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.

What if I believe my product is faulty?

Can I get same day delivery?

Same day shipping is only available on certain products and if your delivery address is in the same region of our distribution warehouses. As we expand our warehousing we can work toward offering same day shipping on a wider range of products which will show up once orders are placed the your shopping cart.

What forms of payment do you accept?

NeoGirl.Gifts is proud to accept Master Card, Visa Card, American Express payments through PayPal. We do not offer Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners or cash on delivery as payment methods. We also accept NeoYou gift vouchers.

Why am I being charged by custom duties when I already paid for shipping?

NeoGirl.Gifts shipping charges are for transport costs only and does not cover import duties or liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. NeoGirl.Gifts does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, fees or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will NeoGirl.Gifts accept any orders back due to a rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender, NeoGirl.Gifts or its other trading entities.
